In learning to live with osteoarthritis, I began practicing yoga with Roseann for better joint health but I soon found yoga was much more than that. It became therapy for my mind, body and soul. I'm more aware of my posture, my breathing, my body. And I can now manage my pain and maintain a more normal active life. I look forward to each class and look forward to the new studio!
