Prenatal Yoga with Brandy Hill Yoga
Pregnancy is a beautiful time to begin or reignite a yoga practice. Labor and delivery is a full body workout. Strengthen and condition your body in preparation for childbirth through sitting, standing, and balancing postures – all safe for any trimester. Our practice begins with a time of sharing with other moms and ends with a final relaxation, bonding with your baby to be. Appropriate for new moms just easing back into their practice as well. All levels welcome!
Prenatal Yoga meets on Tuesdays at 7PM online or in-person.
Register early as space is limited.
Six-week session runs May 4-June 8. Join virtually or in-studio!
$80 for all six weeks.
If practicing at home, please have a folding chair or stool that can be used during the practice. Additional suggested props include 2 blocks, 1 strap and 1 blanket.
Brandy Hill, E-RYT500, YACEP, Reiki Master Teacher
Brandy obtained her 200 hour training at Frog Pond Yoga Centre in Princeton, MA, where she studied under Shanti Diane Featherstone and was inducted into Dr. V.S. Rao’s lineage. In 2011, she founded Banyan Tree Yoga in Nashua, NH, and was the primary teacher and owner until December 2020. She completed her 300-hour training in 2015 and was the Director of the Yoga Teacher Training Program at BTY for 6 years. Brandy is passionate about prenatal yoga and adores the natural heat and openings found in Vinyasa classes, but also enjoys slowing things down in Slow Flow and Hatha. She was voted Best Yoga Instructor Nashua in the Hippo’s Best of 2013 and 2014 Readers Polls!
