April Cummings

April first came to yoga as a student, to help with anxiety after the birth of her first child. She found comfort in the grounding practice and in finding her breath. During her second pregnancy, she found comfort in prenatal yoga but it wasn’t until she moved to Goffstown in the Spring of 2018 that her yoga practice really took off. After she attended multiple classes weekly, the opportunity arose to take yoga teacher training in the Fall of 2020 and she knew it was meant to be. Not only did she expand her asana practice but she found her inner self in a way she didn’t know was possible and now she hopes to share that with all of her students that join her on the mat.

What you can expect in April’s classes:

A bit of a faster-paced “Yogilates” experience combining the mindfulness of yoga and the strengthening of Pilates— one breath, one movement, with a relaxing savasana at the end that helps you find that balance between the inner self and the physical body.
