Richard Ellis

Rich Ellis formalized his yoga practice with a 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Certificate in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Stress Management, and Teaching Methods in 2013. He began teaching yoga and then moved into Tai Chi. While studying with the Yang Family Chi Chuan Association he met the requirements for the rank of Copper Eagle in 2015 and Silver Eagle in 2017. He demonstrated proficiency to receive certification as a Movement Trainer in 2019. His teaching continues to develop in other Chi Methods. Silk Reeling, 8 Extraordinary Vessels, and Wudang Five Animal Chi Gong are brought into classes to make them more enriching for participants. Today, he is grateful for the opportunity to share the golden aspects of these ancient practices with his students.
