Gina

Gina Rainone has been practicing yoga for over 15 years to maintain peace and clarity in her own life. She received her yoga teacher certification from Yoga Balance in 2019. Her experience includes teaching adults at yoga studios, children at an after-school program, and mental health patients at hospitals. She incorporates yoga philosophy, pranayama, and asanas into each class. She enjoys teaching slow-flow classes that allow students to connect breath to movement, work through safe alignment, and have fun in balancing postures. Her full-time job as a Psychiatric Nurse has afforded insight into the importance of wellness and self-care. Gina seeks to provide a yoga class highlighting each individual's journey towards wholeness.
