Lia Ciemny began practicing yoga in 2015 when she was in college, as a way to ground herself in a fast-paced atmosphere. Since then, she has consistently turned to her yoga practice to manage stress of everyday life. She completed her first training in Embodyoga in 2022, and continued her study of yoga through completion of Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy teacher training Center of Somatic Grieving. Lia enjoys guiding mindful asana practices to encourage students to lovingly notice their inner experience.
