THE ART OF BEING HUMAN
A Weekend Yoga Immersion at Alnoba
Fall 2023 dates will be announced soon!
A Hamsa Yoga Living Retreat
Rejuvenate your being, surround yourself with nature, and spark inspiration. Yoga and meditation can help us to uncover our true selves, and when practiced within nature, the experience is often deeper, offering us an opportunity to ground with the earth beneath us and the light within us. Art has the unexpected power to awaken reflection and transformation. At the Art of Being Human Retreat, you’ll experience the union of all three–yoga, art, and nature.
You’re invited to join us this October for a weekend immersion at the magical Alnoba, a 600-acre, wonderfully secluded campus in Kensington, NH, that will energize your senses and awaken your being. Alnoba is an Abenaki Indian term meaning “being human,” and the facility features an earth-powered great room for yoga practice, cabins and houses on campus, two beautiful ponds, an outdoor sculpture park, and miles of connected wooded trails with so many treasures along the way. Check out the video below to see why we’re so smitten with Alnoba!

Melissa and Rosie met at an Ayurvedic Yoga Training and instantly became friends. They’ve been working together since 2018, offering programming and yoga teacher trainings. In 2021, they hosted a retreat together, partnering with Joëlle, a longtime yoga student, who helps with retreat coordination. This spirited trio is very excited to co-lead a retreat at the beautiful Alnoba! We hope you’ll join us!
