Rosie
Rosie Latona is a longtime student of yoga and the founder of White Swan Yoga Studio, which she opened in 2010. She has been teaching yoga for more than 25 years and is dedicated to offering practices that are accessible, mindful, and supportive for students of all ages and levels of experience. Rosie gravitates toward gentle yoga, slow flow, restorative practices, and meditation, approaches that help students reconnect with movement and ease in a way that feels natural, steady, and nourishing.
Rosie holds a 500-hour certification from the Himalayan Institute, where she also completed Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Training. For the past 28 years, the Institute has been at the center of her own study, and its teachings, along with additional movement modalities and trainings she has pursued over time, continue to shape her thoughtful, attentive approach to teaching.
Appreciated for her calm, welcoming style and her ability to create a safe, supportive environment, Rosie teaches with mindfulness, patience, and a deep respect for individual needs. Whether guiding beginners or seasoned practitioners, she offers classes that foster steadiness, flexibility, inner awareness, and a sense of ease. She is grateful for the opportunity to share the joy and clarity that yoga has brought to her life, and for the community that has grown around White Swan Yoga.
