Stefanie
Stef began her teaching journey in 2020 and quickly realized she wanted to deepen her understanding of the discipline of Yoga. She completed a 300-hour advanced teacher training in 2025 and is a RYT-500 with additional certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She came to Yoga through Dance and found the combination of movement, breath, and a deep awareness of mental processes extremely helpful in alleviating the persistent panic attacks she began to experience as a young adult.
Stef draws inspiration from the different movement modalities she has practiced throughout her life, including dance, gymnastics, and more recently, Qi Gong. In her classes, she strives to provide a blend of consistency and creativity to allow students to build their skill base, move with confidence and awareness, and encourage them to develop self-regulation skills. Stef is passionate about sharing the practice of Yoga with others in a relatable way to support students in finding authenticity in their practice and creating an overall sense of wellness. Stef continues to explore the discipline of Yoga through continuing education with a particular interest in the art of sequencing, anatomy, and meditation.
Outside of her Yoga practice, Stef is an avid reader and enjoys photography, hiking, and hanging out with her husband and their pets.
