Join Julia to explore asanas and their variations as they're taught in the Iyengar yoga tradition. We will explore how a delicate and complex structure of our feet supports the entire skeleton, affects posture, and how simple corrections can lead to improvements in awareness, mobility, and flexibility of our toes, ankles, knees, and hips.

Julia is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with a 20-year long personal practice and 18 years of teaching experience. Yoga therapeutics and philosophy are her main interests in the study of this ancient tradition.
