In this workshop, you will:

• Identify common trigger point areas in the body

• Utilize therapy balls and stretching techniques to alleviate tension and enhance circulation

• Discover self-massage techniques using therapy balls

• Engage in restorative yoga poses for deeper relaxation and recovery
