Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath

Join us for a 1.5-hour journey to achieve deep relaxation and inner harmony. Begin with Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep—a state of conscious relaxation that promotes calmness, clarity, and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is practiced in a comfortable Savasana position, with props for support, if desired. You'll be guided through relaxation and mindfulness techniques, yogic breathing, and meditation, allowing you to rest yet remain conscious—a perfect way to restore.

Following this, immerse yourself in a serene Sound Bath, enhanced by the resonant tones of crystal and singing bowls, chimes, the gong and other soothing instruments. These rich sounds gently wash over you, deepening your sense of calm and balance, and complementing the restorative effects of Yoga Nidra. Together, these practices create a harmonious experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
